  3. I'm really surprised how heated the class became when discussing this case on Friday. I do agree that the women who spilt the coffee should have some degree of fault, but I also think McDonalds should be more at fault than what the class was thinking. I think of the keys to assigning fault here is that the women had THIRD degree burns. That's insane...no body should be selling coffee that hot.

    anyways, I'm saying McDonalds is solely had fault, but I just wanted to play devil's advocate without getting ridiculed in class. :)
