I have read a half through of Chap.5, but this chapter seems difficult to understand. Is everybody having same problem? Or just me...

    Let's discuss the material in class. Concentrate on the Art I section 8 Commerce Clause in the U.S. Constitution for Monday. Rick

    I completely agree! It is better when it's explained in class, but the case studies are so hard to get through. We'll find out if I understand it all after today's lecture!
