Our vote was 6 Guilty, 5 Not Guilty.
Our conclusion was a Hung Jury.
We did not feel that there was enough evidence to prove the case either way and we could not reach a unanimous decision.. However, we all agreed that there is a preponderance of evidence to prove the defendant liable in a civil case.
