12 Angry Men

In a criminal case, the jury found the defendent not guilty (unanimous)- could not be proven beyond reasonable doubt. We found that although the defendent was more likely to be guilty than not, there was not enough evidence to prove so.

In a civil case, the jury found the defendent liable (also unanimous) by preponderance of evidence.
