6. Ruled in favor of Circuit City. Offeror: Circuit City, offeree: Holloman. Benefit for Circuit City, detriment for Holloman. Therefore, there was consideration.

8. A modified purchase agreement made specifically because the seller wanted an increased price is a contract not supported by consideration and is invalid.

12. It is a unilateral contract, and the promise for the bonus was for a future act (aka securing the contract). Since the deal was never secured, there is no contract.
